MID-MORNING SNACK- one fresh fruit or one cup

LUNCH-salad w/ chicken or turkey or fish w/ one fresh fruit


SNACK: fresh fruit

DINNER: sushi or sashimi or chicken or fish or turkey with 1 cup brown rice and veggies
